Amelia’s ability to distil customer insights makes the place shine. Amelia has worked in a variety of organisations across industry sectors including Government, Energy and Consulting for organisations including the Victorian Government, KPMG, Royal Bank of Scotland (UK), L’Oreal and The Smith Family.
Education-wise, she has a Bachelor of Business in Marketing, an Advanced Diploma of Business in PR and she’s currently in the process of completing a Masters of Entrepreneurship and Innovation. She likes to keep busy.

Hannah is an experienced marketer with strong analytical skills. Her expertise is in the design and delivery of marketing communication programs that respond to complex business problems.
Her core expertise is the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, from research and strategy development through to launch and ongoing operational management. She has strong analytical skills matched with an ability to articulate strategies and implement effective solutions to multifaceted business problems.
Hannah has a Masters of Marketing from Melbourne Business School, a Graduate Certificate, Marketing, from Monash University and a Graduate Certificate, PP, from the University of Technology Sydney.

Fiona has a wealth of experience in brand strategy, consumer & audience insight and communications strategy, with a focus on understanding people's attitudes and behaviours around changing media and technology.
Fiona brings strong insights and research experience to the Think team having developed her skills at Colmar Brunton and brand insight and innovation consultancy Sparkler in the UK. In Australia, Fiona has led the development of communications strategies for brands across Government, FMCG and Media; including Pacific Brands, Treasury Wine Estates, CUB, 7-Eleven, Village Roadshow and Specsavers.
Fiona also leads Think's thinking in the area of digital trends and insights, including digital research methodologies and analytics. Her digital research and strategy experience is broad, having worked on brand, insight and digital development projects with BBC across many of their digital programs and services (TV, radio and online), as well as MTV, UKTV & Microsoft. In Australia, she has developed communication strategies for SEEK and realestate.com.au — two of Australia’s biggest online service portals.

Matt started his communication career with a PR degree from RMIT University. His early professional life was heavily influenced by his years at Fenton Communications working alongside Jane Fenton as a public relations consultant.
Since then Matt has been a professional communicator and internal communications specialist for corporates such as ANZ, Westpac and Telstra, at the Red Cross Blood Service and for entertainment website, inthemix.com.au. He is passionate about community development, the changing face of media and the environment. Matt brings creativity and empathy to the work we do with our clients.

Master of Advanced Architectural Design
Trained as an architect, Elliet's has broadened her focus to encompass design at all scales, from urban design to small-scale pop-ups. Her love of design propelled her to dux her Bachelor of Architecture at the University of Melbourne, and travel to New York on a scholarship to study at Columbia University.
Upon graduating with a prize for design, she worked for some of New York's most interesting designers - WORKac, Bernard Tschumi and Norwegian firm Snohetta.
Before returning home, Elliet detoured to Norway, where she lived and worked for two years.
Her projects include the Public Farm at PS1 in New York (2008), Diane von Furstenburg's international store roll-out (2006-2008), the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival's Coffee Farm (2013) and the Prahran Housing Estate Masterplan (2014).
Bachelor of Design
Lizzie is our graphic design guru at Think and she knows design.
She started it all off with a Bachelor of Design (Visual Communication) from Monash University and she has some 10 years experience designing for brands—big and small.
She has won numerous awards including a gold medal at the National Print Awards and the Museums Australia Multimedia and Publication Design Award. Most recently, Lizzie collaborated with Sage Creative to create the beautiful creative execution for the Cancer Council’s most recent Daffodil Day campaign—The Garden Party.

Sarah is the head of digital media for Carat in Australia and NZ. As one of the worlds biggest media agencies, Sarah is responsible for a large and rapidly growing team of digital media professionals. She has a great passion for innovation and technology, she loves to push boundaries in traditional display media to drive innovative, integrated solutions.
